Prijedlog za novogodišnju večeru: Marinirano pečenje

Nema te gozbe kojom proslavljamo kraj godine, ako njome suvjereno ne vlada novogodišnje glavno jelo u vidu pečenice – obilne, hrskave, sočne, od koje vam na sam pogled voda ide na usta. To može biti jagnjeće, praseće pečenje, zlatno pečena ćuretina ili rozbif. Evo kako ispeći ukusno, meko i sočno meso koje će se pamtiti.

Potrebni sastojci:

1,5 – 2kg jagnjeće ili svinjske plećke ili buta

100 ml ulja

2 čena bijelog luka

150g suhih kajsija

So, biber, aleva paprika, kurkuma

ruzmarin, majčina dušica, po želji

Način pripreme:

U suvi pekač ili dublji pleh stavite oko 2 kašike soli, 1 kašičicu: bibera, aleve paprike, kurkume. Pomiješajte, pa dodajte polovinu količine ulja i promiješajte.

U cijeli komad mesa usijecite režnjeve od oko 2,3 cm dubine. U mješavinu začina stavite meso i utrljajte dobro, dodajući po potrebi ostatak ulja. Možete grančice ruzmarina ili majčine dušice takođe da ostavite u mesu i da ga čvrsto povežete kanapom, da ne bi ispadali i da bi pečenje bilo kompaktno.

U rernu, zagrejanu na 200 stepeni Celzijusa, stavite pečenje i zapecite sa svih strana oko 5 minuta, da dobijete koricu.
