Koliko čučnjeva u minuti bi trebalo da uradite za svoje godine?

 

Nakon što smo za nama ostavili praznike i bogatu trpezu, mnogi se početkom nove godine vraćaju uobičajenim fitnes rutinama ili napokon kreću s novim odlukama o vježbanju.

Jedna od osnovnih vježbi u gotovo svakom treningu su čučnjevi – bilo da održavate formu ili vodite računa o zdravlju, ali znate li koliko bi zapravo trebalo da ih napravite, u zavisnosti od svoje dobi?

Lična fitnes instruktorka Natalija Aleksejenko otkrila je precizne brojke, a uz to podsjetila na ono najvažnije: bez pravilne tehnike nema ni sigurnog ni efikasnog čučnja.

 

 

 

Čučnjevi su korisni (ako ih radite kako treba)

Čučnjevi su jedna od najkorisnijih vježbi, jer jačaju noge i mišiće trupa, poboljšavaju stabilnost i pomažu u svakodnevnim pokretima.

Dr Edvard Laskovski s klinike Mayo ističe da svakodnevno izvođenje čučnjeva može “pomoći poboljšanju izvedbe u raznim sportovima”.

Ali upravo zato je tehnika ključna – pogrešni čučnjevi mogu napraviti više štete nego koristi.

Pravilna tehnika je ključ

Prema Aleksejenko, najvažnije je pravilno postaviti stav – stopala treba da budu otprilike u širini ramena. Tokom pokreta treba održavati trup stabilnim, a tijelo spuštati kontrolisano:

  • spuštajte se dok butine ne budu paralelne s podom (ili koliko vam pokretljivost dopušta)
  • pazite da koljena prate liniju prstiju
  • ako ciljate na puni čučanj, spuštajte se polako i vraćajte se gurajući kroz pete
  • izbjegavajte “zamah” ili poskakivanje – pokret mora biti miran i kontrolisan

Aleksejenko daje smjernice za broj čučnjeva koje bi trebalo da možete napraviti u jednom minutu, u zavisnosti od godina.

Preporuke po godinama

20 – 30 godina

muškarci: oko 50

žene: oko 45

31 – 40 godina

muškarci: oko 40

žene: oko 35

41 – 49 godina

muškarci: oko 30

žene: oko 25

50 – 59 godina

muškarci: oko 25

žene: oko 20

60+ godina

muškarci i žene: do 15 (cilj je zadržati pokretljivost i smanjiti rizik od padova)

Na šta pripaziti?

Postoje i signali koji mogu ukazivati da nešto nije u redu s tehnikom. Stručnjakinja upozorava:

“Ako osjećate zategnutost u donjem dijelu leđa, to može povući kukove prema gore, ograničavajući dubinu i pravilno poravnavanje.” Drugim riječima: ako donja leđa “rade” više nego noge, vjerovatno se spuštate pogrešno ili nemate dovoljnu pokretljivost u kukovima/gležnjevima, prenosi B92.
