Kada je bolje da uzimamo vitamin D – ujutro ili naveče?

Slično tome, studija iz 2014. godine na 50 starijih osoba utvrdila je da je konzumacija vitamina D uz obrok bogat mastima povećala njegov nivo u krvi za 32% unutar 12 sati u poređenju s obrokom bez masti.

Za bolju apsorpciju uključite u ishranu zdrave izvore masti kao što su avokado, orašasti plodovi, semenke, masna riba poput lososa ili sardina, punomasni mliječni proizvodi i jaja.

 

 

Jutro kao praktičan izbor
