Hladno vreme pogoršava bol u zglobovima: Evo načina kako da to sprečite

 

Dolazak zime za mnoge ljude ne znači samo topliju garderobu i kraće dane, već i povratak neprijatnih bolova u zglobovima koji otežavaju svakodnevno funkcionisanje.

Ukočenost prstiju, bol u kolenima, kukovima ili ramenima postaje izraženija čim temperature padnu, a promene vremena dodatno pogoršavaju stanje. Iako se često misli da je reč o subjektivnom osećaju ili naviknutosti organizma na toplije mesece, stručnjaci potvrđuju da hladno vreme zaista ima snažan uticaj na zdravlje zglobova.

 

 

 

 

 

Hladnoća i slabija cirkulacija stvaraju ukočenost i pojačavaju bol

Tokom zimskog perioda organizam prirodno reaguje na hladnoću tako što smanjuje protok krvi ka ekstremitetima kako bi zaštitio vitalne organe.

Zbog toga šake, stopala i kolena često postaju hladni, ukočeni i bolni. Smanjena cirkulacija znači i manji dotok kiseonika i hranljivih materija u zglobove, što dodatno povećava osećaj nelagodnosti. Pored toga, sinovijalna tečnost koja ima ulogu prirodnog “podmazivača” zglobova na niskim temperaturama postaje gušća i manje efikasna, pa svaki pokret zahteva veći napor i može izazvati bol.

Manje kretanja zimi utiče na zdravlje više nego što mislite

Zimski dani često podrazumevaju smanjenu fizičku aktivnost, jer hladno vreme, sneg i led mnoge odvraćaju od šetnji i vežbanja. Međutim, upravo je redovno kretanje ključno za očuvanje zdravlja zglobova.

Kada se telo manje kreće, mišići koji podržavaju zglobove slabe, a zglobne površine gube elastičnost. To dovodi do veće ukočenosti i pojačanog bola, naročito kod osoba sa artrozom ili ranijim povredama. Nedostatak kretanja tokom zime može tako stvoriti začarani krug u kome bol sprečava aktivnost, a neaktivnost dodatno pogoršava bol.

Koje navike mogu da ublaže zimske bolove u zglobovima?

Iako bol u zglobovima može pogoditi svakoga, posebno su osetljive starije osobe, ljudi sa viškom kilograma i oni koji boluju od hroničnih bolesti. Prevencija je ključna – nošenje tople i slojevite odeće pomaže u održavanju telesne temperature, dok umerena fizička aktivnost podstiče cirkulaciju i lučenje sinovijalne tečnosti.

Grejni jastučići, tople kupke i dovoljan unos tečnosti dodatno mogu ublažiti simptome. U slučaju naglog pogoršanja bola, otoka ili crvenila zgloba, važno je potražiti savet lekara kako bi se izbegle ozbiljnije komplikacije.
